MUSIC HISTORY CURRICULUM PACKAGE

This curriculum package includes five (5) lesson plans on some of the most important individuals and moments in music history including gospel music pioneer Thomas Dorsey, B.B. King the king of Blues, classical composer William Grant Still, the history of what is known as the black national anthem “Lift Every Voice & Sing” and radio stations that changed the way black music was heard in America.
