Official Rules for American Legacy’s 70s Fall 2004 Cover Contest

No purchase necessary. To enter, log on to www.americanlegacymag.com/vote.html and complete the entry form or send your name and address to American Legacy Magazine, 28 West 23rd Street- 10th Floor, New York, New York 10010, attn: Chereese Beare. All entries must be post-marked by October 1, 2004. The contest is open to legal residents of the fifty states of the U.S. One (1) winner will be selected at random by American Legacy from the entries. The winner will be announced during the week of October 4, 2025 and notified by mail. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries. The winner will receive a weekend trip for two to New York, NY, including airfare and accommodations. Approximate retail value $2,000. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and all federal, state and local laws apply. Taxes are the responsibility of the winners. Only one prize will be awarded. No substitution of cash or prizes is permitted except at American Legacy’s discretion. Employees (and their immediate families) of Forbes Inc., RJR Communications, their advertising and promotion agencies, and their affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to enter this contest. By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these official rules and the decisions of American Legacy, which are final. The winner will be required to submit a signed affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release allowing use of their names and likenesses by the sponsor and confirmation that they have followed the rules of the contest. If not, an alternate winner will be selected. American Legacy is not responsible for individuals' inability to enter this contest due to factors beyond its control, including, but not limited to, errors of any kind, whether human or mechanical or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries.
