NEW YORK - Since Enron declared bankruptcy last fall, many aspects of corporate life--including chief executive pay, corporate governance, SEC rules, stock options, stock analysts, and accounting practices--have come under question. Enron was once widely referred to as the nation's seventh-largest company.
